Arya's wolf dreams and cat-warging, and her hiding Needle, and her killing the Nights Watch deserter, and her waking up saying her vengeance prayer is just a whole, whole lot of GRRM giving us evidence that she's not going to become Nobody... but that she will always be a Stark.
Her personality too is naturally defiant and she is mentally tough... she will eventually defy the orders of the Kindly Man. That Arya will remain a Stark in her heart and not lose her identity is definite to me. That she won't drink the death-cult kool-aid and she will defy orders... no doubt. So yeah, I don't think she will complete training or become a full-fledged FM.
I think there are 2 possible conclusions:
1.The Kindly Man kills her, and she winds up warging permanently into Nymeria the wolf and going on a rampage (someone else in this thread said this)
2. She has to kill either the Kindly Man or her new teacher, using her warging ability to out-ninja the klan and escape Bravos.
Bravos is home to the shrines and temples of many, many religions. I don't think Arya is really believing in this only-one-god-with-many-faces thing. I think its possible she could find a weirwood there. She still believed in the old gods and kept praying to them, even after the terrible fate that befell her and her family. I would love it if Bran found her, and told her she had to leave the FM before it is too late.
